The two-room apartments are large and extend over 50 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 adults, have a bedroom separated from the living area and are equipped with a kitchen and a large terrace. The bathroom is large and provided with a shower and vanity kit.

At the residence entrance, there is a shopping area with external affiliated gym, supermarket, pharmacy, medical office, hair salon for women and men, beauty center.
